SECTION 1. Section six of Act Numbered Fourteen hundred and ' thirteen, entitled "An Act annexing the Province of Masbate to the Province of Sorsogon, and amending Act Numbered Seventy-four, as amended, by making the Provinces of Albay and Sorsogon separate school divisions, and for other purposes," is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following:
"The deputy of the provincial treasurer in charge of the provincial sub-treasury at Masbate shall also be the mining recorder for the subprovince of Masbate, and shall perform all the duties of the former mining recorder of the Province of Masbate, and mining records pertaining to the subprovince of Masbate shall be kept in his office: Provided, however, That at the end of every month the deputy in charge of said sub-office shall forward an itemized statement of all business transacted by him as mining recorder dining the month to the mining recorder of the Province of Sorsogon for record in his office."
