AN ACT AMENDING- ACT NUMBERED NINE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-NINE, ENTITLED "AN ACT REDUCING THE THIRTY MUNICIPALITIES OF THE PROVINCE OF LA LAGUNA TO NINETEEN," AS AMENDED BY ACT NUMBERED ONE THOUSAND AND EIGHT, BY CHANGING THE SEAT OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BAÑOS TO BAY.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Paragraph seven of section one of Act Numbered Nine hundred and thirty-nine entitled "An Act reducing the thirty municipalities of the Province of La Laguna to nineteen," as amended by Act Numbered One thousand and eight, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

"7. The municipality of Los Baños shall consist of its present territory and that of the municipality of Bay, with the seat of the municipal government at Bay."

Section 2

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
