AN ACT AMENDING ACT NUMBERED EIGHTY-THREE AND REQUIRING COPIES OF THE MINUTES OF PROVINCIAL BOARDS TO BE FORWARDED TO THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section twelve of Act Numbered Eighty-three, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 12. The following officers of the provincial government, to wit, the governor, the treasurer, and the third member, shall constitute the provincial board. The governor shall be the presiding officer of the board. Copies of all minutes of the provincial board and executive orders oi' the provincial governor shall be furnished' the Executive Secretary under such regulations as he may prescribe."

Section 2

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of ilic same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall fake effect on its passage.
