SECTION 1. The Speaker of the Philippine Assembly is hereby authorized lo gram in ms discretion to employees of said Philippine Assembly under the provisions of "The Revised Civil Service Act" privileges similar lo those granted by said Act to employees of the classified civil service of the Philippine Government: Provided, however, That this Act shall not apply to employees who are only employed temporarily in the offices of the Assembly during the times that it is in session or who render services for any time less than one year: Provided further, That in every case where such privilege are granted to an employee it shall be an indispensable requisite that he shall have rendered at least one year of continuous mid satisfactory service.
