SECTION 1. The following proviso is hereby added to section one of Act Numbered Eighteen hundred and thirty-nine, at the end thereof: "Provided, further, That the third members of provincial boards created by Act Numbered Fifteen hundred and forty-five, as amended, shall be entitled to receive from the respective provincial treasuries the reimbursement of their actual and necessary traveling expenses, from their place of residence to the place where the provincial board holds its sessions, when going to the said sessions :ind returning from the same."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage. Enacted, May 20, 1909.
