AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURE WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY WHERE COLLECTED OF AT LEAST THIRTY PER CENTUM OF THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF THE CEDULA TAX IN PROVINCES WHOSE PROVINCIAL BOARDS SHALL HAVE PROVIDED BY THAT THE CEDULA TAX BE INCREASED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-TWO.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Whenever, under the provisions of Act Numbered tie! en hundred and lifty-two the provincial board of any province bby resolution for the increase of the cedula tax, it shall be the duty of the provincial board to expend for the purposes mentioned in said Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and fifty-two within each municipality at least thirty per centum of the additional amount of cedula tax collected in that municipality.

Section 2

SEC. 2. All Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
