Section 1

SECTION 1. All contracts and leases for the use and occupancy of Government buildings or cottages in the territory under the exclusive control of the Philippine Commission shall hereafter be executed by the Director of Public Works, with the approval of the Secretary of Commerce and Police.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage. Enacted, January 25, 1912.
