SECTION 1. The sale in the Mountain Province, except in the city of Baguio and in the municipality of Tagudin, in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, except in the township of Bayombong, and in the Province of Agusan, except in the municipality of Butuan, of any ardent spirits, ale, beer, wine, or intoxicating liquors of any kind, other than the so-called native wines and liquors which members of non-Christian tribes have been accustomed themselves to make prior to the passage of this Act, is hereby prohibited and declared to be unlawful.

AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS, WITH CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS, IN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, NUEVA VIZCAYA, AND AGUSAN, EXCEPT IN CERTAIN DISTRICTS.
SEC. 2. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished for each offense by a fine of not exceeding two hundred pesos, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or by both, in the discretion of the court.
