Section 1

SECTION 1. The municipality of Sogod Norte, in the Province of Leyte, segregated by virtue of Executive Order Numbered Twelve, series of nineteen hundred and twelve, from the municipality of Sogod Sur, of which municipality, as established by paragraph two of section one of Act Numbered Nine hundred and fifty-four, it formed a part, shall hereafter be known as Sogod.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The municipality of Sogod Sur, separated by virue of Executive Order Numbered Twelve, series of nineteen hundred and twelve, from the municipality of Sogod Sur, of which municipality, as established by Act Numbered Nine hundred and fifty-four, it formed a part, together with the municipality of Sogod Norte, shall hereafter be known as Libagon.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
