Section 1

SECTION 1. The designation of Director and Assistant Directors of the Philippine Insular Constabulary, is hereby substituted by that of "Chief and Assistant Chiefs," respectively.

Section 2

SEC. 2. All provisions of existing laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby expressly repealed.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage. Enacted, November 13, 1913.
