Section 1

SECTION 1. All furniture and other property belonging to the committee to study the causes of the excessive infant mortality in the Philippine Islands are hereby transferred to the College of Medicine and Surgery of the University of the Philippines, without payment of any sort by the latter.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.

Enacted, February 28, 1914.
