Section 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated:
STUDENT PENSIONADOS.
(a) For the payment of traveling expenses and allowances of not to exceed ten student pensionados to be selected from the Mountain Province and the Provinces of Agu-san and Nueva Vizcaya to pursue a course in training for teaching; subject to the provisions contained in Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and eighty-three of the Philippine Legislature: Provided, That such students shall not be subject to the scholarship requirement of said Act and may receive training hereby provided for in any school of the Philippine
Islands selected by the Director of Education

TEACHER PENSIONADOS.
(b) For the payment of traveling expenses and allowances of not to exceed six teacher pensionados to be selected from the Mountain Province and the Provinces of Agu-san and Nueva Vizcaya; subject to the provisions contained in Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and eighty-four of the Philippine Legislature
