Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of six thousand two hundred and thirteen pesos and thirty-three centavos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be expended by the Insular Treasurer, with the approval of the Secretary of Finance and Justice, for salaries and contingent expenses in connection with the enforcement of Act Numbered Twenty-four hundred and twenty-seven during the calendar year ending December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and fifteen, to be apportioned as follows: For the office of the insurance commissioner. One accountant, class three, at P5,000 per annum, from May 1 to December 31, 1915...............................P3,333.33 One clerk, at Pl,560 per annum, from July 1 to December 31, 1915........................................ 780.00 One clerk, at Pl,200 per annum, from July 1 to December 31, 1915.................................... 600.00 Printing, binding, and miscellaneous expenses.... 1,500.00 Total ........................................................6,213.33

SECTION. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage. Enacted, February 5, 1915.
