AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE INCORPORATION OF THE PUEBLO OF LA VILLANUEVA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, AS A BARRIO OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAUTISTA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The pueblo of La Villanueva, in the Province of Pangasinan, is hereby incorporated as a barrio of the municipality of Bautista, in the same province, and the limits of the municipality of Bautista are hereby extended so as to include all the territory heretofore constituting the pueblo of La Villanueva.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The existing organization of the pueblo of La Villanueva is hereby abolished and all offices existing by virtue of the present organization of such pueblo are hereby declared vacant and such offices are abolished.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
