AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PROVINCIAL BOARD OF CAPIZ TO EXPEND A CERTAIN SUM OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A HOSPITAL IN THE SUBPROVINCE OF ROMBLON.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The provincial board of Capiz is hereby authorized to st aside fromt he road and bridge fund of the subprovince of Romblon the sum of ten thousand pesos for the establishment of a hospital at the capital of said subprovince.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Said hospital may be established in the concrete storehouse constructed in teh municipality of Romblon for a coal deposit and ceded by the Insular Governmentfor hospital purposes, after making n said building the necessary improvements, in accordance with the recommendations of teh Philippine Health Service: Provided, however, That nothing contained in this Act shall be understood as transferring the ownership of the said storehouse to the Province of Capiz or subprovince of Romblon.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The organization and operation of the hospital to be established in accordance with the provisions of this Act shall be under the supervisions of the Direstor of Health, who shall issue such regulations therefor as he may see fit.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
