SECTION 1. The sum of seven thousand five hundred pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be allotted by the Secretary of the Interior, for the assistance of private schools established in the MOuntain Province.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its passage. Enacted, February 23, 1916.
