Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be expended, in the discretion of the Secretary '" of Agriculture and Natural Resources, for printing the scientific work performed by the Fourth Regional Convention of physicians and pharmacists of the Philippine Islands.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
