AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAST SENTENCE OF SECTION THREE OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND EIGHTY, INCREASING THE SALARY OF THE PROVINCIAL FISCAL OF THE PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The last sentence of section three of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and eighty is hereby amended to read as follows:

"The provincial officers of Marinduque shall each receive an annual compensation at the rate fixed by the provincial board, which shall not in any case exceed three thousand pesos for the provincial governor, twenty-four hundred pesos for the provincial treasurer, and three thousand pesos for the provincial fiscal, and for each member of the provincial board a per diem not to exceed five pesos for each session actually attended."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
