AN ACT TO AMEND ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY-EIGHT, AUTHORIZING THE PERSONS CHARGED WITH THE DUTIES IMPOSED BY SAID ACT AND THE REGULATIONS THEREUNDER TO ADMINISTER OATHS.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and sixty-eight is hereby amended by inserting between sections seven and eight a new section, to be known as section seven (a), which shall read as follows:

"SEC. 7 (a). All persons charged with any of the duty imposed by this Act or any regulations, orders, and decrees promulgated thereunder, shall be authorized to administer oaths in the performance of said duties."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
