Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of ten thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of the unexpended balance of the funds of the Magellan Centennial Commission created by Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and ten, to be disbursed for the construction of a schoolhouse on the Island of Mactan, Province of Cebu, the plan and cost whereof shall be designated by the Bureau of Education, upon agreement with the Provincial Board of Cebu.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
