AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION THREE OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND NINE, INCREASING THE SALARIES OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR AND PROVINCIAL FISCAL OF THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The last paragraph of section three of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and nine is hereby amended to read as follows:

"The provincial officers of Camarines Norte shall each receive an annual compensation at the rate fixed by the provincial board which shall not in any case exceed three thousand two hundred pesos for the provincial governor, nineteen hundred pesos for the provincial treasurer, and three thousand pesos for the provincial fiscal, and for each member of the provincial board a per diem not to exceed five pesos for each session actually attended."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
