AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY OF THE INTERIOR TO SUSPEND FOR THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-ONE THE EFFECTS OF THE GENERAL REVISION OF ASSESSMENTS OF REAL ESTATE MADE IN THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY IN THE REGULARLY ORGANIZED PROVINCES.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized, upon petition of the council of the municipality, approved on or before the expiration of the term for the payment of the land tax and favorably indorsed by the provincial board concerned, to suspend in such municipality for the present year the effects of the general revision of assessments made in the year nineteen hundred and twenty in the regularly organized provinces.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
