SECTION 1. Section three of Act Numbered Twenty-nine hundred and seventy-two is hereby amennded to read as follows: "SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on November first, nineteen hundred and twenty-one: Provided, however,That the Governor-General may, by proclamation, suspend the effects of this Act for a period not to extend beyond January first, nineteen hundred and twenty-three."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Approved, January 26, 1922.
