Section 1

SECTION 1. The Bureau of Supply, the Bureau of Printing, and the Marine Hallway and Repair Shops of the Bureau of Commerce and Industry, are hereby authorized, subject to the approval of the Emergency Board, to adjust the prices of the material and merchandise they have on hand to current market prices, charging any loss resulting from such adjustment to the total of the net profits of said Bureaus for the years nineteen hundred and twenty-one and nineteen hundred and twenty-two.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
