SECTION 1. The indebtedness of the Province of Palawan to the Insular Government, amounting to thirty-three thousand and twenty-four pesos and fifty-one centavos and incurred by said province in connection with the repair of its provincial launch Palawan in the year nineteen hundred and eighteen, is hereby remitted and cancelled, and the Province of Palawan is declared relieved from said obligation.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Approved, March 16, 1923.
