AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE TEMPORARY USE FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES OF THE TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS APPROPRIATED BY ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVEN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PROVINCIAL JAIL IN THE PROVINCE OF SURIGAO

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Provincial Board of Surigao is hereby authorized to use for the construction of a new provincial school building the twenty-eight thousand pesos appropriated by Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seven for the construction of the provincial jail of that province: Provided, That said sum of twenty-eight thousand pesos shall be returned to the fund for the construction of the provincial jail within ten years from the date of the approval of this Act.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
