Section 1

SECTION 1. The animal salary of the chief statistician shall be three thousand five hundred dollars in money of the United States.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall relate to the first day of October, nineteen hundred.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage. Enacted, October 24, 1900.
