Section 1

SECTION 1. The provincial board of the Province of Palawan is hereby authorized, to separate the office of the t provincial secretary from that of provincial treasurer. The provisions of section two thousand and ninety-eight of the Administrative Code are hereby made extensive and applicable to the Province of Palawan.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
