Open ↗SEC. 2. The um of three thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act.
Section 3
Open ↗SEC. 3. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed.
Section 4
Open ↗SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Approved, March 6, 1924.
