Act No. 3147 — An Act to Appropriate the Sum of Twenty Thousand Pesos for the Province of Mindoro, and for Other Purposes

SECTION 1. The sum of twenty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as aid to the Province of Mindoro, to be disbursed by the provincial board of Mindoro in conformity with existing law: Provided, That out of this sum, not to exceed five thousand pesos may be applied to the retirement of Thomas I. Weeks, present provincial treasurer of Mindoro.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Approved, March 6, 1924.
