Section 1
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of subsection (d) of section fourteen hundred and ninety-nine of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code, as amended, is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Approved, December 2, 1924.
