Section 2

SEC. 2. There is hereby set aside out of the funds appropriated for the consumption of supplies and materials for the House of Representatives in Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and seventeen, such sum as may be necessary for stationery expenses at the rate of one hundred and fifty pesos for each Representative.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
