Preamble

Whereas Andres Bonifacio is recognized as one of the fathers of Philippine Democracy; Whereas Andres Bonifacio, born of poor parentage and feared in poverty, became one of the heroes and martyrs immortalized in Philippine history; and Whereas Balintawak witnessed the first cry of the Philippine Revolution under the leadership of Andres Bonifacio; Now, therefore,

Section 1

SECTION 1. That the amount of fifteen thousand pesos be hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of a Bonifacio Memorial School Building at Balintawak, Caloocan, Rizal.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, November 27, 1925.
