SECTION 1. Section one, subsection (x), item five, of Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and thirteen, known as the Public Works Act of nineteen hundred and twenty-five, is hereby amended to read as follows: "5. For the maintenance and improvement of Capiz port works and wharf, Province of Capiz.................................................................... P30,000.00"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Approved, December 3, 1925.
