Section 1

SECTION 1. The expenditure is hereby authorized of the unexpended balance of the funds appropriated respectively for the two Houses of the Legislature in the General and Supplementary Appropriation Acts, Numbered Thirty-two hundred and twenty-seven and Thirty-two hundred and sixty, for the purchase and payment of typewriters, furniture, and other equipment for said Houses, and to cover deficiencies in certain items of miscellaneous expense of the same.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
