Section 1

SECTION 1. Section one of Act Numbered Three thousand eighty-nine is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. The Provincial Board of Surigao is hereby authorized to use for the construction of a new provincial school building the twenty-eight thousand pesos appropriated by Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seven for the construction of the provincial jail of that province."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
