Section 1

SECTION 1. The municipality of Legaspi, Province of Albay, is hereby authorized, with the consent of the Secretary of the Interior first had, to acquire by expropriation proceedings such land as it may require for the establishment of a workmen's barrio in said municipality.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
