SECTION 1. No permanently appointed municipal or provincial-school teacher shall receive a compensation of less than forty pesos a month.

Section 2
SEC. 2. Division superintendents of schools are required to carry out the provisions of the preceding section.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect in January, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight. Approved, December 3, 1927.
