SECTION 1. With the approval of the Governor-General, the
Provincial Board of Tayabas is hereby authorized to take from the funds
received by said province under the provisions of Act Numbered
Thirty-two hundred and seventy-three and not yet distributed, the sum of
three thousand pesos, and distribute the same as relief in such form
oon as it may deem advisable to the indigent inhabitants of the
municipality of Baler affected by the typhoon of September seventeenth,
nineteen hundred and twenty-seven.
