Section 2

SEC. 2. Upon the organization of said municipal districts into municipalities as provided in the preceding section, the present officials thereof shall continue to perform the duties of their respective offices until their successors shall have been duly elected and qualified in accordance with the Election Law.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
