Section 2
SEC. 2. Any administrator or agent of land seized by the Government who violates the provisions of this Act shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than two months or a fine of not more than two hundred pesos, or both.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Approved, December 5, 1927.
