Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of eighty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be used for the construction of trade and high school buildings in the municipality of Batangas, Province of Batangas.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
