Section 2
SEC. 2. Upon the completion of this building, the operation of the Rizal Memorial Hospital shall be conducted therein with the property, funds and personnel of the present hospital.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, December 1, 1928.
