SECTION 1. The barrios of San Juan, Guimba, Daoidao, Pattawig, Colabaoan, Lomubang, Lamag, Baug, Coliong, Abualan, Silet, Nangobungan, Lupa, Gaang, and Badas, shall be separated from the municipality of Dolores, Province of Abra, and converted into a new regular municipality, under Chapter fifty-seven of the Revised Administrative Code of 1917 and its amendments.

AN ACT TO ORGANIZE THE BARRIOS OF SAN JUAN, GUIMBA, DAOIDAO, PATTAWIG, COLABAOAN, LOMUBANG, LAM-AG, BAUG, COLIONG, ABUALAN, SILET, NANGOBUNGAN, LUPA, GAANG, AND BADAS, OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DOLORES, ABRA, INTO A REGULAR MUNICIPALITY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
SEC. 2. The name of the newly organized municipality shall be "San Juan."
SEC. 3. Immediately upon the approval of this Act, the Governor-General shall appoint the elective officers who shall hold their offices until their successors are duly elected in the general elections of nineteen hundred and thirty-one.
SEC. 4. The Provincial Board of Abra shall issue the necessary instructions for carrying this Act into effect.
SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
