SECTION 1. Authority is hereby given for the employment of an additional clerk at a salary of six dollars per month and of a constable at a salary of four dollars per month, in money of the United States, in the court of the justice of the peace at Cebu.
SEC. 2. This Act will take effect on its passage. Enacted, October 27, 1900.
