"SEC. 2263. Expense of equipment.—Each municipality shall, at its own expense, provide all necessary police equipment, including arms, uniforms, and insignia, and may also provide the arm, uniform, and insignia of the chief of police, in conformity with the specifications of the Chief of Constabulary."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, November 22, 1929.
