Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of sixty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act, including the compensation of additional personnel, the purchase of equipment and furniture, and other necessary miscellaneous expenses.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
