SEC. 2. The Trade Commissioner in China shall receive a salary of six thousand pesos, Philippine currency, per annum.

SEC. 3. The necessary funds of carrying out the purposes of this Act shall be provided annually in the appropriation act.
Section 4
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect on its approval. Approved, November 27, 1929.
