SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of seventy-five thousand pesos for the salaries and traveling expenses of the following additional personnel for the Bureau of Lands: 30 public land inspectors at P1,200
