Section 1
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred thousand pesos to be spent for the payment of the compensation of specialists in tax matters and such other persons as may be engaged by the Special Committee on Taxation, with the approval of the Presiding Officers of both Houses, in accordance with the provisions of Concurrent Resolution Numbered Thirty-one adopted on November seven, nineteen hundred and twenty-nine, as well as for the payment of other incidental expenses which may be necessary for the proper compliance of the purposes set forth in said Resolution.
